I've read about this and seen some people use it and have heard varying experiences from it. I don't know exactly how it works but from all the reviews I've heard and read it's generally good.
Basically I think you take pills at certain points in the week and they help you manage your food intake and help you control the sense in your brain telling you how hungry you are. I got most of this from the site although you may want to look into it a bit more.
Imo though there is no reason to take a pill for this, you could do it with just a little motivation. Cutting soda, junk food, and desserts or replacing them with healthier alternatives takes little effort and will and you could easily lose weight just by doing that. Throw in a littler exercise and weight (body / weights) training to boost your metabolism and you could easily lose the weight just as quick.
