if there was a pokemon game where you were able to choose a legendary pokemon as your starter, who would you choose and why?

Well, to make it fair, i think that the legendaries shouldn't be ubers, and that your rival should be able to have one too, so i think the three starters should be Victini, Celebi, and Manaphy, and from those three, I'd pick Victini
