Flygon is better then Dragonite. Why? Well discuss here!
I'll start off:
-Flygon has U-Turn for scouting purposes
-Flygon gets STAB Earthquake
-Flygon has two immunities

Dnite is bulker
Dnite gets DD
Dnite gets a broken ability, flygon's is mediocre
Dnite gets priority

The only bad thing is the weakness to SR
