Here's my currently undefeated Pokemon deck. I've beaten pretty much every active player with it so it's legit. The deck isn't as intuitive as a lot of Togekiss centric decks, but it makes perfect sense when you pick it up and play with it. Machamp is FAR from the first Pokemon you'd think to pair Togekiss with but he's a great option for many reasons.
I don't like the standard format so the order of the cards isn't the same as you might think.
Pokemon: 23
3 Togepi GE
2 Togetic GE
4 Togekiss GE
Togepi line. Pretty simple set up; with so many Roseanne's I don't need 4 Togepi, and I want as many Togekiss as I can get. Togetic I only pull if I can't get a Rare Candy so I can get away with 2.
3 Machop DP
2 Machoke SF
3 Machamp SF
1 Machamp Lv. X SF
Machamp is far from the first Pokemon you think Togekiss would help, but they complement each other well. Togekiss helps get Machamp the 3 energy it needs to fire off early Rages on turn 2 or 3, and even without Togekiss it can still Take Out. Machamp is great against Luxray GL or Lanturn Prime which can really bother Togekiss. Stupid Spiritomb techs stopping your Supporters and Rare Candies from getting out a Togekiss? Take them Out. Basically Machamp does tons of damage and is hampered by a lack of speed setting up, which is exactly what Togekiss helps with. Machamp Lv. X is a one shot card you use to break through an opponent's last two Pokemon, or a particularly tricky resistance.
1 Azelf LA
3 Uxie LA
1 Uxie Lv. X LA
This deck actually is too fast for Claydol, so I loaded up on Uxies instead and put in an Uxie X for some more permanent drawing. Azelf is required for fishing out a Machamp X out of Prizes and it's easy to check what I have to pull with an early Roseanne. Since Machamp and Togekiss cover each other well I don't really need any techs.
Trainers: 17
1 Premier Ball SF
4 Rare Candy UL
1 Luxury Ball SF
3 Roseanne's Research OP
2 Bebe's Search RR
3 Expert Belt AR
3 Broken Time-Space PL
I would feel more comfortable with an extra Premier Ball but there isn't a lot of room for it and my deck doesn't absolutely depend on Machamp X. 4 Rare Candies and 3 Broken Time-Spaces may seem excessive, but this deck absolutely requires a Machamp or Togekiss on Turn 2 to work so they are needed for the speed. Expert Belt is also important to push Rage and Air Slash to reasonable power levels as well as buying Machamp another turn. Your standard Supporters are there too in order to pull the Pokemon you need.
Energy: 20
4 Double Colorless Energy
16 Fighting Energy
20 Energy seems a little low for a Togekiss deck, but you pull an average of 3 with Serene Grace and you'll likely start with a DCE which both Machamp and Togekiss can use just fine. No room for Cyclones because you want as much Basic as possible and you often kill stuff before Cyclone matters.
