Scizor is the most used Pokemon in the OU metagame and has been used in Ubers since Diamond/Pearl came out.

But banning it?

Scizor has long been considered an overpowered Pokemon. But to put it in Ubers, where Ho-Oh and Reshiram aer mindlessly spamming Fire type moves?
