Quirky nature (+SAtk, -SAtk)
– Mud Bomb
– Fake Out
– Blizzard
– Grass Knot
This set is capable of walling 90% of the metagame alone with Berry Juice. Blizzard is to hit those dragons that try to set up on you. Boy, won't they be surprised when you find out IT'S ACTUALLY NORMAL TYPE.

Nature: Quiet (+SAtk, -Spe)

So Skitty can support EVERY POKEMON if it uses THUNDER WAVE which makes EVERY POKEMON IN THE GAME 1/4 slower. IT DOESN'T EVEN NEED OTHER MOVES. They switch out? BOOM, PARALYZED, SUCKER! The potato is for extra support characteristic, and the IVs help it underspeed Shuckle barely.
So as you can see, Skitty is by far uber.
