In the semi-semi finals of a Gamestop tournament (top 8), Meteor Mash missed and the opponent's Darkrai landed Dark Void WTH?

I'm not screwing Meteor Mash, I'm screwing Gamestop and their rule that doesn't exist that bans Ubers. (Meteor Mash's graphics kick butt!)

Stone Edge only hits when you don't need it or the pokemon you are using on resists it.
