Hey everyone so I've come up with a little oo:sos like game that involves slightly less sky bridging and more resource management. I'd like to hear any thoughts you have one my design and then maybe a few of us could build up this badboy on a server somewhere.
The only resource I don't want players to run out of however is dye. Ideally the starting node has a good amount of dye and if players run out they would be punished by having to die and go to spawn to pick up more in a room filled with dyes.
The beginning nodes ought to be higher up in my opinion so that taking the centre node with unlimited sheep can be very dangerous.
The spawner in the centre needs to be encased in bedrock so that it can never be destroyed.
Wool bridges need to be complete to count, I'll leave this to player morale though. I'm not sure if there needs to be a rule about breaking the other teams wool bridge, if they can get that far they probably deserve it though.
Give me your thoughts, I don't want an exact oosos clone but something that is reasonably different from it. I'm interested in what sort of items could be along each of the wool bridges that would be useful for offense and defense, along with anything else that might add some variety.
