This functions similar to the Outrage Dialga from generation 4. No Pokemon can effectively set up on it and it is immune to Counter that Wobbuffet could otherwise do since Dragon Tail is a negative 6 priority. It functions best on a team that utilizes lots of entry hazards. Nattorei can easily get up multiple layers of Spikes as can Deoxys-S.

Focus

I like the oldies but goodies. Specs Kyogre is still the great powerhouse we know from gen IV. Max SpAtk and Modest makes for a stupid powerful Water Spout at full HP (in the rain), 2HKOing literally everything that isn't a 4x resist or has Wonder Guard, Water Absorb, or Storm Drain. Simply amazing.
