So I'm sure you've all noticed Pokecheck's connection has been fairly erratic these last few days. Truth be told, I'm still not completely sure what is going on. xfr hasn't been on #smogonwifi much at all lately. All I know on the subject is that we're having technical difficulties.

Rumors of the worse have sprung up here and there. I'm not sure how well rooted in truth these rumors are. xfr could simply be away and unable to fix whatever's troubling Pokecheck at the moment.

Bond697 has told me that if worse comes to worse and Pokecheck goes down for good, you will be able to download your Pokemon before everything's done with. What I do advise you to do is download back ups of your Pokemon if you haven't already. Pokecheck has a new feature that allows you to download all of your Pokemon in one large .zip (albiet they're identified by Pokecheck Pokemon number and not by name of Pokemon)

I'll try posting any news I get on this here.

It went up for a couple of minutes earlier, keep checking back so you can get all of the pokemon on your account.

Thanks for the info Mantyke. Unfortunately, I don't have any info to contribute. Losing Pokemon is honestly the least of my concerns, but I did back up my 200+ uploads. Took all of 5 seconds so why not? :P

So...there's a chance Pokecheck might die? :/ That explains why haven't I been able to go on there.

Sorry to double post and go way off topic, but is there any other way to upload my retail cart's mons to my computer? :/ I can't think of a single non-pokecheck way to check out IVs and Hidden Power

That's quite distressing to know it might go down, though I agree with the above poster, is there a site like PokeCheck that offers the same services? I guess I'll download all my pokemon when the site comes back up again.

You can download a full .zip archive of EVERYTHING you have uploaded. I personally doubt it'll go down. If you can't access it, try again in 15 minutes. Its usually not down for more than a half hour; though I have seen go as long as four hours. As for similar service, I don't think so. Odds are, Kaph and Bond can handle it if Xfr is no longer able.

Sigh, I can't even use ShinyGTS to send .pkm files from my DS to my computer.
