Apparently there is an upcoming crossover game with a the joint efforts of Capcom and Level 5. Here is a link to the official site:

It was announced on October 19th, if I stand correct. It looks interesting, but apparently their only going to be releasing it in Japan. Let's hope it comes to the U.S. and company as well.
