Actually, I've already designed two Pokemon as counterparts to Heatran - Voltran and Frostran. Voltran is actually quite similar to Cyclohm, having amazing Speed, Special Attack, and Special Defense (but pitiful HP, Attack, and Defense,) while Frostran is just a tank, pure and simple (it's got good stats in everything but Speed.) More detail on both can be found in the main Create-A-CAP thread.

Volcandon- Groudons servant, it was made in a volcano by groudon to destroy his enemies.

Cyclohm is more similar to Hippowdon. Look at the HP, defense and attack stats of Hippo and the HP, defense and special attack of Cyclohm. HP and defense are the same, while Hippo's attack=Cyclohm's special attack.
