I generally like this idea, however, the pokemon here are.... A very small percentage of pokes. While I know that these are the pokes that can't learn TM's-bar two obvious pokemon-why not expand the pokemon to other very fail pokemon that can't do much such as Tyrogue? Just a suggestion as this idea could be expanded upon and 'become something'. :D
