Proposal:
(1) Remove Cloud Nine, Color Change, Heavy Metal, Huge Power, Iron Fist, Light Metal, Minus, Plus, Pure Power, and Stench from the list of Traits.
(2) Add Defeatist and Slow Start to the list of Traits.
Note that Part 2 will address Levitate and should not affect this vote in any way.
