R.L. Stine had created a variety of monsters that range from a little creepy to totally shocking. The idea of this discussion is to state which ones are, in your opinion, the greatest, the baddest and the ones that really gives you the shivers.

For example: I think that the best R.L. Stine monster is Slappy the Living Dummy as he is one of the most reoccurant characters in the Goosebumps books. The worst monster has to be The Haunted Mask. That mask is completely corrupt and will seemingly stop at nothing to get back at Carly Beth. But it'd be Big Yellow from The Haunting Hour that'd be the creepiest, imo.
