There hasn't been a lot of posts here lately so i decided to post this question i've been wondering about. Anyways what do you guys do when you see someone give a suggestion that is wrong, do you call them out? What is the right thing to do?

Just post your own rate; the OP should have enough sense to recognize whose is the better advice. If someone regularly posts rates that are actually harmful to the effectiveness of a team, you could just point it out gently via VM or something.

When people suggest something that harms the structure of the team, most of of the time the OP is able to say "well, it really hurts my team, so nah". But sometimes, the OP goes with whatever people suggest, even if it harms the team. When I see this, I just tell the OP "IMO, you should change back to the previous version because...". Of course, you could call the the person out (the one who suggested it) but it's not the best way to do it since, people will think you're an asshole, and the same person might be afraid to suggest something next time knowing that he / she will be yelled at.
