Not much changed, but the Electroweb tutor is pretty big I guess, hitting Combee and Magikarp. CHOICE SCARF BURMY INQUISITION!!! Combee learning Bug Buzz is really cool too, meaning it doesn't have to split EVs anymore. Tynamo got trolled hard.

Magikarp gets Hydro Pump via event, which forces it to be shiny. Be afraid, Beldum. Be very afraid.

I almost completely forgot about that. Specs Hydro Pump can actually do some crazy damage.

Now that Magikarp gets Hydro Pump, I move that we should ban it from Fail Cup. That's some pretty sick damage since it's STAB, even if it *does* come off a base 15 SpA.

Even with Specs, it needs to run Modest to do real damage, and in that case it can be revenged by Tynamo / Combee.

Wow, this is gonna change the meta.
