I have been trying to think of some cool closer music for my friend on my High School team. He does not want anything that is too popular, like Hells Bells, Enter Sandman, Ace of Spades, or anything like that. I got a basic list, but I probably forgot a couple of great songs. Keep in mind that this is a high school closer song, so songs with high amounts of swear words are automatically kick off.

Anything Bon Jovi is wonderful, although imo It's My Life is better than Wanted Dead or Alive (if It's My Life is too mainstream for your friend then that'll suffice).

He decided on two songs. He has been killing it on the mound for us, think he had a ERA under 3, and they moved him to more of a starters roll. Maybe the songs are magic...

Anyways, the songs were Everything by MURS and Island in the Sun by Weezer.

I always felt that if I played baseball and had intro music for batting or closing I would pick a video game music song lol. Something like a Boss Battle theme from any of the Mario or FF or Mega Man games, something recognizable but still great music in its own right. I figure it'd pump me up enough and I would really care about the people who would take me less seriously...
