Since unreality will not have a computer until Wednesday, I'm going to post what he said on irc (via iPad) about his battles:

I went, got top4, yadda yadda. Things I noticed:
There was litteraly no Landorus. At all. Maybe this was just a coincidence but it was weird as hell.
The most common pokemon was probably either Hydreigon or Amoonguss.
Terracott was heavily discussed as being a huge threat throughout the tourney, but was barely used.
People I met:
Unrelity
Kid Kadabra & his friend
Cloud (skarmbliss)
and a bunch of random people.
The most popular types of team in order were:
Goodstuffs
Tailwind
Trick Room
This was true for pretty much every stage in the tourney.

I agree with kingofkongs; goodstuff is definitely the prominent force in this metagame. I saw one tr team in the first round, but rounds 2-7 were goodstuff. Round 8 was Turbo Room.

yeah i just realized: not one finalist team has been tr, since the regionals started. i wonder who'll be the first?
