This move last 5 turns, boost the power of water move, weakens fire moves, boost the accuracy of electric moves, and negates ground types immunity to electric attacks.

If caught by storm drain, dry skin, or water absorb when the attack is used the attack is absorbed, and the field effect does not activate
Still gives swift swim boost, dry skin boost, hydration, and rain dish.
I would like Ideas for the distribution of the move I have a few but I would like the opinion of the community on that aspect as well as the effect.

OK. This, aside from already being an attack, is more useful than Rain Dance. With a Damp Rock, it lasts longer than Rain Dance, and, if I read it correctly, gives the boost for everything rain does plus the ability boosts. This is far to powerful, for it can't even be Taunted since it isn't a Changing Move. This is counter-objective to CAM, and I recall that we didn't intend to make OP moves. We can distribute existing moves in a fashion that can OP Pokemon in order to understand the line between balanced and OP, although that line may be gray rather than silver. We have more "useful" moves to make at CAM. If we continue this trend, we really will become a joke of a group that some Smogoners say of us.
Way too OP. I want an objective discussion and analysis of this move from others to reach a conclusion.
