Zihark is the Top Swordmaster in PoR and RD, only Mia comes close and only in RD, but Zihark wins with a higher higher Strength cap and availability in the more important (harder) chapters with the Dawn Brigade. Lucia wins in hotness though...

Navarre was just above average for me, typical Swordmaster stats, but Athena is awesome.
