promotions are fairly quick, and painless (unless youre not worthy)
this may sound like a job list, but its not. it is used to rank the best people in their chosen job/s, like top 10, or top 50. just because you may not see your name on the rankings, doesnt mean youre any less important than anyone else. this just ranks the best of the best.
the name succesor is not to be considered a title. it is still a rank as they can be removed from this rank, and placed in a lower rank.
