Garret brought comedy relief. But I think I have to go with Piers despite being "meh" at what he could do (hey at least some of his spells kicked ass).

Pier's Diamond Dust and the advanced form of that (forgot the name) was pretty cool for good damage. I did not like his Speed though, lol. But concept-wise, he's pretty cool.

Forgot to comment a bit on Garet too. Slow, big idiot, lol. At least he's funny at times at his conversations. Like Piers, I hate his slow Speed. >.<

Ivan. Here's why: the guy can read everybody's mind. That alone makes him more interesting than most. Plus, his whole Shaman Rod sidequest was so epic, it spanned 2 games. Can any other character claim that in a handheld?
