full IVs, 252 HP EVs, 252 DFS EVs, 4 SPA Evs, Chesto Berry
-Rest
-ice beam
-surf
-Earthquake
the basic point is to serve as a decent tank and to dish out a fair amount of damage. this set can take on just about anything excapt grass types. the rest/chesto berry combo is better than leftovers in that it fully recovers health, gets rid of status, and is simnply not expected. i'm sure there are better ones out there so feel free to post.
