Im pretty sure last time i checked, DP is a PO battler. Not really close enough to second in command of chrono if the ranks are to be recognized

Dark Pulse and Kadabra Spoon have equal rights to pretty much everything but the final say in things. Those decisions are on me. But yes DP is second in command giving him access to the lab like you ar1on.
