All Lv51...

All I used was a Typhlosion (around level 80 at this point) who beat the E4 and Red singlehandedly. It knew the moves Flamethrower, Earthquake, Dynamicpunch, and Thunderpunch. It was one of the best things ever ;-;

I remember in my silver my team was 3 Typhlosions (gotta love the cloning trick ;3 ), Lugia, Ampharos, and the red Gyarados. In my Crystal, I had this one team that I used:
Feraligtr
Magmar
Lugia
Gyarados (the red one)
Mewtwo
and one other really weak pokemon used as an HM slave. That was my only really consistent post-Red team.

I beat Red w/ my Ambipom: Lv. 73, Typhlosion: Lv. 80, Azumarill: Lv. 71, Bellosom: Lv. 68 & Noctowl: Lv. 70. :)
