To give out tips and tricks to the game

I don't understand "delegation." How does it work, and does it work at all, and is it just better to manually do everything?

Delegation you choose what you want to do recruit train develope.
I am not sure if develope does anything until you conquer all kingdoms.
I think you get more experience if you grind, but delegating training is easier
If you want to recruit, real life battle is probably better.

I'm a bit lazy to train, and even though I delegate train, none of the pokemon strengths are going up, so it appears delegation isn't working ....

Also, can anyone tell me how to un-recruit some warriors? I have so many Sewaddles, I don't need them all, can someone tell me how to kick people out of my army please :)

I think you might have to wait until you have to many.
Why not delegate them to getting gold or just catch a different pokemon for them.
Do you check to see what pokemon the trainer works best with?

Anyone know how to get Leafeon, Glaceon, Espeon, or Umbreon?

It is on serebeii. At some point, I don't rememeber if it is at 8 kingdoms or at 9, some dude gives you three evolution items. I am thinking about Glaceon.

Yeah, I got the three evolution stones, but I've already got all those three types covered and I need a Dark, Ice, or Grass type :P

Umbreon you have to use them in the dark kingdom and Link at 70
Leafeon you have to use in battle in Greenleaf with Defense at 94
Glaceon could be hardest (bummer) Nixtorm (one of last kingdoms) with attack 91

Methinks I'll use Leafeon since that's the only type that I really need at the moment.
