1. Phoenix Wright: Call me old fasioned but I still love the blue suited defense attorney. His transition from PW 1-3 to AJ was especially awesome.

2. Maya Fey: How can you not love PW assistant. Maya Fey is pretty funny character and her antics amuse me.

3. Edgeworth: Okay,okay. He's about as overloved as Scizor but he's still an awesome character. AAI further cemented my like for the character due to his increased sense of humor and his completely different outlook on things.


What about you guys?

Apollo Justice is my favorite character. I like how he isn't in a suit, and his hair is cool too. His animations are hilarious.

I think that Ron DeLite is pretty funny as well.

I don't think I could pick three favourites.

Ema, though her appearances weren't much at all, is my current favorite. She's about the only reason you're tapping your stylus on the bottom screen, and a reason you can't play/finish AT1 and 4 on your emulator (poor kids). Her transition from AT1 to 4 was a bit over the hill though, but looking at the details in her story, it makes sense. Scribble scribble on notepad transitioning to snackoos wasn't bad as well since both are great. Note to selfs were funny though...

I've read that she was supposed to have her own game in place of Miles Edgeworth's, but he was too popular. >_> I'm fine with that because he's awesome too (and besides, it already happened).

Miles Edgeworth: "I object! That was... Objectionable!"
My man-crush. He's like the Byakuya Kuchiki of Ace Attorney. Cool, calm, collected, but conflicted. He has an epic pursuit theme too.

Godot: "Do you put salt and pepper in your coffee, trite?"
I cried when I found out what happened to him. He was such a cool person, and still he had such a deep backstory.

Phoenix Wright: "You're lying dammit! And I can prove it!"
need I say more? The protagonist of the game until that incompetent Apollo took over. He still was the protagonist, he told apollo what to do the whole time, lol

Gumshoe: Tries so hard to help and doesn't always succeed. I feel sorry for the poor guy.

Phoenix Wright himself: Nobody makes "OBJECTION!" sound as cool. Screw Apollo Justice's "chords of steel".

Furio Tigre: Love the way he talks and his theme is kickass.

The Judge will always be a favourite of mine, he's just so... Out there. You do get the feeling he hasn't got a clue what's going on, but sometimes he has these incredibly badass moments, like forcing Von Karma to submit himself to the metal detector. Speaking of Von Karma...

Manfred is the most magnificent of the magnificent bastards in the series, despite the bloody finger snapping, and the demonic OBJECTIONS. His plan to frame Edgeworth for Hammond's murder, and for his own father's was pretty damn awesome. Plus, I like having to adjust my strategies on the fly, which you had to do when facing him.

Finally, Ambassador Colias Palaeno, simply because he is the least obstructive, most helpful character in any Ace Attorney game, ever. He looks incredibly suspicious with his overly-large smile, and constant hand-rubbing, but does literally all he can to aid Edgeworth's investigation, including stopping Alba from leaving.

Honorable mention: Lamiroir, if only for her GORGEOUS theme... By the same token, Detective Badd.
