How about a SubCharge Beam Celebi? Please help with EVs and nature. Moves: Substitute, Recover, Charge Beam and Psychic/Grass Knot.

Well if you have SubCharge, then you'd need it to be a defensive type Celebi, so maxing HP out so Blissey's Seismic Toss wont break the sub, 216 def and the rest in speed maybe. Bold or Modest nature is the question now.
