O.K so I am testing a Uber Gravity team so I am endevering to test it. (Cannot test it until 24th thoughso consider it untested until then!)

EVs: 252 HP/154 Def/4 SAtk/100 SDef
Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Substitute
- Roar
- Dragon Pulse
-Gravity
Overview:
252 HP evs give it a leftovers number and the remander of the Evs are split so that it can take hits both the special and Physical spectrum. The basic idea is to come in on something that does not like palkia much and then use Substitute. Depending on what comes in I will use either Gravity or Roar to phase and force its counter out.
One reason why I chose this pokemon for this sort of set was that very pokemon in any metagame can both phase and set up Gravity. Also Palkia is a rather nice check to Kyogre and with the defensive EVs it can take hits from Specs Kyogre better than other sets. Argubly Dialga can maybe abuse the set better with its steel typing but Palkia boosts only one weakness (dragon) and is a much better switch in to Kyogre than Dialga.
I use this set on a uber stall gravity team and I imagine that it should work well. I am looking for advice on the EVs though. For Example should I run more speed or shift the EVs in its defensises around?
Team Options
This set is meant for use in a Stall team or a team revolving around entry hazard use. Forretress is maybe the best partner for this as its only weakness is covered by Palkia while Forretress covers Palkia's weekness and can set up Spikes for it. Giratina is an O.K partner since it can block rapid spin. In general Steels will work well paired with this set with Scizor and Forretress being the pick of them. Tyranitar, (while setting up SandStorm which is a problem to Palkia) can take out Mewtwo and Latias which are not really threatened by Palkia and in the case or Mewtwo can taut and CM up to beat it.
