the idea with this set is to paralyze the opponent on the switch then out speed
and set the substitute up.
Ice punch is to hit gligar and the grass types hard.
Earthquake is for all the electrics who think they can get a free switch in.
Try life orb for max power but you could try a more bulky spread

with an impish(+def -sp att) nature.

That's a horrible set. Slowpoke has crappy attack and is too slow. Also those evs don't work for lc.

Slowpoke has better attack than special attack base actually

if you want more power straight up I would use sheer force, as well as you don't take recoil from t-punch and i-punch, and this is what I use, but if you want to have more power for all the moves then use iron fist. I have been using this set for a couple weeks and it is very successful and extremely fun to surprise people with a sweep, I would recommend it for most any team that needs a physical sweeper.
