Anyways guys, UKF told me to reserve Mime Jr. last night, and after looking at its movepool and stats, I've found it to be viable in the metagame.
I have not finished the analysis yet. I am thinking about a lead set and BP set which is included in the analysis, but not sure if I should write it up. Suggestions are welcome. Thank you!

[OVERVIEW]

Mime Jr. is an underrated threat which when given the right support, can sweep right through the opponent’s team. Mime Jr. has just enough coverage to do its job, to punch holes in the opponent’s team, allowing for a late game sweeper to clean up. Mime Jr. is a Pokemon every team must beware of, and should not be underestimated of.

[SET]
name: Nasty Plot
move 1: Nasty Plot
move 2: Psychic
move 3: Hidden Power Fighting
move 4: Encore / Substitute
item: Life Orb / Oran Berry
ability: Filter
nature: Timid
evs: 36 HP / 196 SpA / 36 SpD / 196 Spe
[SET COMMENTS]

Nasty Plot Mime Jr. is a force to be reckoned with, hitting 32 Special Attack after just one Nasty Plot, backed by an above average 16 Speed and Special Defense allows Mime Jr. to be very capable of sweeping through teams. Psychic is Mime Jr.’s main option of hurting opponents, gaining STAB and dealing huge amounts of damage to many Pokemon. Hidden Power Fighting complements Psychic well, hitting Pokemon who resist or are immune to Psychic for super effective damage, such as Steel type and Dark-type Pokemon. Encore allows Mime Jr. to set up a Nasty Plot easier. Mime Jr. can switch in to a set up move, proceed to Encore, then use Nasty Plot as the opponent is forced to switch out. Substitute is also a good option, scouting for switch-ins, while also helping against Pokemon who carry Sucker Punch such as Houndour and Stunky who would otherwise beat Mime Jr.

[ADDITIONAL COMMENTS]

Life Orb further boosts the power of Mime Jr., and may prove helpful in many cases. However, Oran Berry is also a viable option to set up a Nasty Plot not worrying much about hard-hitting Pokemon. Filter is used to take super effective hits better. Timid nature allows Mime Jr. to hit 16 Speed, outspeeding many common threats, and is important if Mime Jr. is to sweep. The EV spread allows it to reach 19 HP, maintaining bulk while only taking 1 damage from Life Orb per turn. The Special Attack and Speed EVs allow Mime Jr. to hit a stat of 16, while the 36 EVs are dumped into Special Defense to allow Mime Jr. to take hits a bit better.

[SET]
name: Choice Scarf
move 1: Hypnosis
move 2: Psychic
move 3: Hidden Power Fighting / Shadow Ball
move 4: Trick
item: Choice Scarf
ability: Filter
nature: Timid / Modest
evs: 36 HP / 196 SpA / 36 SpD / 196 Spe
[SET COMMENTS]

Choice Scarf Mime Jr. may not be able to sweep very well, but can perform tasks that the previous set could not. With a Choice Scarf equipped, Mime Jr. reaches 24 Speed, outspeeding all Pokemon who have 15 Speed and carry Choice Scarf. Hypnosis is a great move, rendering an opponent useless even though it is not very reliable. Psychic is there for a STAB move and is quite powerful. Hidden Power Fighting is the recommended option, having more coverage with Psychic. Shadow Ball can be used if you do not fear Dark-types and Steel-types, and prefer the ability to hit opposing Psychic-type Pokemon instead, Shadow Ball is a great option, getting neutral coverage on lots of Pokemon. The last move helps against walls that would usually wall it. Common Pokemon who switch in such as Bronzor and Munchlax are both crippled by Trick. Trick is also a good move to use if you are not sure what Pokemon will switch in to you, allowing you to act accordingly afterwards.

[ADDITIONAL COMMENTS]

Though Mankey cannot switch in to Psychic, it can switch in to anything else without much harm, outspeed, and scout with U-turn. Due to Mime Jr. being able to use Hypnosis and Trick, counters may find themselves unable to counter it. Mime Jr. is not hard to counter once sleep clause is activated, and you know what move it is stuck on. Choice Scarf Pokemon love switching in on Mime Jr., then using U-turn to scout the switch-in.

[OPTIONAL CHANGES]

A third attack option could be used on the Nasty Plot set over Encore or Substitute, though Mime Jr. already has lots of coverage with only the two moves. Thunderbolt is an option to hit Water- and Flying-type Pokemon harder, but does not have much use otherwise.
