Okay, the flare blitz vote is paused for now, so I say we move on to yet another move: tail glow. Clearly, Ampharos will probably auto-get it; just look at that picture I posted. However, we must consider if any other pokemon should get it so we can be done with this move.

First, here's the 5th Gen. effect: "Confirmed Tail Glow now raises the user's SpAtk exactly three levels. (TwilightMystery, iruchii, MeroMero)"

This makes tail glow a dangerous move, and it shouldn't be given out freely.

I don't think there are any other pokemon who really need tail glow though... here's a list of pokemon that "glow".

Umbreon(a bit far fetched)
Luxray
Lumineon
Electivire
Cresselia("On nights around the quarter moon, the aurora from its tail extends and undulates beautifully." Platinum Pokedex)

...And I don't know any Gen.5 pokemon. If someone sees one, tell me.
Now, many of these pokemon don't actually have glowing tails, so they may not get this move. What do you think?

Agreein with only Lanturn and Umbreon, as they have tails. And Illumise.

Who I think should get it-only manaphy, voltbeat, and smeargle have it now.

Lanturn- this could give it big ou stat upper, depending on what happens to manaphy.
Starmie- would be broken and does not have a tail
Tentacruel- /\see above without the broken part
Umbreon- should get it but it can not really use it
luxray-/\see above
Lumineon-Should get it,but it is outclassed
Evire- see tentacruel
Cresellia- Should get it,might see a few gimmick sets
Mew- this makes mew a even better baton passer,too bad about ditto

I agree that having a tail, or at least an extremity that glows(Manaphy doesn't have a tail, but it has antenna;same with lanturn) is very important. Luxray has a tail with a star though...

I am removing Starmie and Tentacruel, as they lack tails or anything similar. Luxray and vire do have tails though. Plusle, you missed Deoxys. It doesn't make much sense either, does it?
