I was under the impression that this is the standard order. It's how I always write them, and I always corrected them if they appeared in any other order. It has the nice advantage of (other than HP, which is the oddball stat, anyway) putting all of the stats in alphabetical order, both by their name and abbreviation.

Ok, and it really looks like I got a wrong impression based on this being out of order in a few sets on a single analysis. Will make sure I fix them if I see them and that the two most prolific updaters (hello genemp and colm) know to look out for it.

EV ordering is now much more important, incorrect ordering of EVs (or spacing/using different abbreviations) prevents Doug's calculator from working properly so keep an eye out for this.
