Alright, so after getting bored of Gyarados and SP and stuff, Mekkah and I have been spending some time playing with low-level decks. The sort of stuff you would never walk into a tournament with, but are still quite fun to mess around.
So here's my latest offering. It's pretty fun, not very consistent, pitifully weak, and just absurd. It's Triumphant Pidgeot!

The Pokemons aren't much, but they're simple enough. It's an standard 4-2-4 Evolution line, and Pidgeot's clearly the main attacker. 3-3 Dugtrio is great, since Pidgeot adds CC to their attack cost, they'll be inclined to retreat or something. And if they just retreat or use Super Scoop Up or whatever, something is going to be taking damage. It's perfect. Getting up two Dugtrios is ideal since just dropping 4 damage counters is always nice. Uxie is your standard drawing power, nothing special there, Uxie X has been quite useful, especially when Uxie is starting, or I need that one more card. Azelf should be in every single deck, no questions asked.

You'll notice there are no basic energy, and that's because basic energy are for weaklings. This is one reason you'll see later why I haven't bothered with recovery cards like Palmers. It's okay though, since with double Uxie and the amount of Trainers I carry, I should nearly always have at least 1 Energy ready to attatch to something. Incidentally, Cyclone Energy + Dugtrio is a hilarious combination, since unless they have Warp Point or a Super Scoop Up, something's taking damage. Awesome.

Yeah, supporters fill up a great portion of this deck. Generally, early game, Collector, Bebe and Communication will be grabbing you what you need, and once you've got a Pidgeot out, it's just a case of Oaking and using Seeker/Scoop/Uxie to draw the right Energy. Expert Belt is actually hilarious since it lets Pidgeot OHKO regular Garchomp C with Headwind. And doing 40 isn't bad. There are some Pluspowers to add damage in case you need a KO which you just can't reach. Incidentally, Expert Belt Pluspower Uxie is great in a pinch. I'm loading on Twins because I anticipate this deck to start with Uxie or Pidgey and have one of them KOed, allowing me to Twins for stuff like a Belt and a Rare Candy.
So the premise of the deck is simple - grab Pidgeot ASAP, grab DCE ASAP, use Headwind, watch your opponent get annoyed, watch them completely bypass it with a clever combination of cards (such as topdecking a DCE or Retreat + Seeker or somthing), and watch Pidgeot come tumbling out of the sky. It's great fun!
