Toxic is for obvious reason, withdraw boosts defense or sandstorm boosts sp def and gives damage. Mud slap and double team make almost impossible to hit when used as much as possible and mud slap allows to damage the opponent.
So that's my fav sets post what's yours.

I like using bide as although it can do no damage and it is set up bait if you get choiced pokemon it can do some sereious damage

:D Shuckle has gotta be one of my faves lmao. I found a couple amazing sets that work amazingly well with the correct supports xD.

Life orb as The item. Swap in after anyone uses a trick room, substitute (which doesn't usually break) and then unleash shuckley hell xD. Down side is the time it takes to set up ruins trick room. Meh xD it's fun to use ^_^

I've found the near perfect 5th Gen Shuckle o.o. Only downside is its inability to hit ghost types for any damage and perhaps not hitting golurk at all if you're unlucky.

EVs; 252 Hp 240/252 Defence and rest into spec def.

Nature; Impish is preferred but Bold also works.

It's a very interesting set to use. Immediately upon switch you should use power swap. It basically halves their attack stats and boosts yours. Then wrap away and then spam stat buffs and rest off damage. Just wrap when appropriate and your opponents will be rendered helpless even it they do have a water type. Only thing that's horrifying is Jellicent or Golurk. Other than that you're golden. This set functions even better in a sandstorm as do most Shuckle.

I've used this and took down an entire team with JUST my Shuckle xD. I love Shuckle ^_^

How to make shuck ou:
Give him an evo with maybe 50/65/235/10/235/5

As crazy as it sounds an evo for shuckle means he can use the evolite thus taking hits better then rocky balboa while stalling with toxic. Shuckle needed superpower so it could use contary with an evolite and hey presto shuckle is useable in ou.

Power Split a weaker attack (ie not Specs Latios) and either Acupressure or Rest depending on your health. You obviously want Evasion or Defense at first. As long as your opponent doesn't have a Taunt user, and you've cleaned out the ridiculously strong attackers/Set-Up sweepers, Shuckle is home free to get +6. With a well timed Power Split followed by Attack boosts, Shuckle can reach well over 1000 Attack. For reference, I have 2HKOd a 100% HP Virizion with Shuckle's Rock Slide before.

(Works better in lower tiers where Drizzle doesn't fuck your shit >_>)

I think it's Power Swap

Nah, Power Split is a 5th gen move and averages the Atk and Sp. Atk of both Pokemon, so it weakens the opponent while powering up Shuckle.

Too bad it doesn't work on Stat boosts and can't average already averaged stats until the opponent switches.

well i do this set, and is just amazing! ive taken down scizor using this set!

so what i do is use power split on the first turn coz you dont know how badly the opponent will hurt you. after that, i use defense curl, then rest if im on low hp. after ive recovered from rest,i use rollout. this set works extremeley well on pokemon with low defense and high attack power like archeops.

although shuckles been fucked over in drissle teams. he works best with sand streamers, and drought users, as this is good to counter rain. he is also a wonder in trickroom teams, allowing him to attack first nearly 100 % of the time.
