Even with the Ice-type's defensive horrors, is it a good typing to have for an offensive Pokemon? What do you think?

Walrein
Lapras

You forgot Cloyster...but it, Walrein, Lapras and Dewgong are Ice Pokemon themselfs, so they don't count.

Is this goup just for people who like ice type pokemon? I have been accusedof over using ice type oves, especially HP ice.
