So I was making a dumb Baton Pass team and noticed that Ninjask is pretty dated, saying that the ever common Whimsicott and Tornadus threaten it. Ninjask has many flaws, but that's rarely one of them. Also, Aerial Ace does squat to Conkeldurr lol. As for the set, it's pretty much the same as the one on-site with some tweaks to EVs and stuff.
[Overview]

Ninjask is famous for only one reason: Baton Passing easy stat boosts to teammates. Its massive base 160 Speed and ability to boost its Speed and Attack and pass it to a teammate almost effortlessly gives it a small but valuable niche on OU teams. Swords Dance is the real treat, allowing Ninjask to boost the offensive prowess of a powerful physical teammate in order to prepare a sweep. However, the good news ends here. Ninjask's sad bulk, weakness to priority such as Mamoswine's Ice Shard, and a quadruple weakness to Stealth Rock often hinder it from doing its only job, and if you don't take certain precautions, it becomes dead weight for your team. Nevertheless, if you are lucky to pull off a Swords Dance and a few Speed Boosts, a pass to a powerful physical sweeper like Haxorus, Salamence, or even Marowak will make your opponent wail in pain.

[SET COMMENTS]

This set is fairly easy to use and plays exactly how you think it plays. Simply use Substitute the first chance you get. If your opponent switches on the first turn, you are now safe behind a Substitute and are free to set up a Swords Dance. You may now use Protect to accumulate even more Speed Boosts while still sitting behind a Substitute. When the time is right, click Baton Pass and donate your boosts to the next Pokemon.

Hone Claws is an option over Swords Dance, since that Accuracy boost can greatly aid a sweeper that may rely on inaccurate moves like Stone Edge. However, in most cases, you will want to pass as much power as you can, so Swords Dance is the better option. X-Scissor may be used over Protect in order to
