What effect will this Pokemon have on the metagame? How is it not outclassed in its tier?Although I hate stall and don't like support too much, I had to do something to support it, and then I've come out with this. Seriously, this thing is the Overlord of the stall, and with loads ofo ffensive pokemon running, this is one of the best walls.
What threats it can stop, and what counters it?:
Offenstve Prankster Pokemon, especially Thundurus. Ice Shard also works. And an unpredicted Taunt.
