This is going to be run similarly to the CAP allowed/unallowed moves poll. Bold the attacks you want to give Syclant, out of the list given:

Any moves that receive a majority of votes will be included. Any that do not meet the requirements will not be. Treat Super Fang as if it were not already in Syclant's movepool (ie. like the rest of the moves on the list).
Let me remind you that it gets Syclant is getting Superpower as well.
