Move Effect
This move last 5 turns, boost the power of water move, weakens fire moves, boost the accuracy of electric moves, and negates ground types immunity to electric attacks.
Item boost: Can be prolonged by Damp rock to 8 turns (I forgot the number of turns rain originally lasted, I apologize).
If caught by storm drain, dry skin, or water absorb the turn when the attack is used the attack is absorbed, and the field effect does not activate
Activates: Dry skin boost, hydration, and rain dish.
Does not activate: Swift swim
I would like Ideas for the distribution of the move I have a few, but I would like the opinion of the community on that aspect as well as the effect.
