Started at 13 for the same reason as you, to bulk up for Soccer. I was seriously into it as well, 8th grade and freshman year. But for some reason, after freshman year, I lost the spark and I got...big. Not big as in muscle, but big as in fat. I ate more and exercised less, until after the Sophmore season I gave up. It's only recently, late December, that I've gotten back into being fit and playing at all. My goal of playing professionally may have been taken away for that short time, but it's back and looking for a lot harder work than ever. Eh! Maybe I'll see you on the field some day ;)
