Okay first we have to establish what to vote on before the actual ballot.
The only permanent rule so far is that the Pokémon has to be primarily black or brown. So far we have:
- Are Pokémon allowed as shinys if they are only black or brown as a shiny, such as Charizard?
- Should gray Pokémon such as Pidove or Gurdurr be allowed?
- Are Pokémon allowed if they are categorized in the Pokédex as Black or Brown such as Trapinch?
- Does every Pokémon need to know Thief, or any Dark-type move?
- Is Empoleon allowed?
- Is Jynx allowed?
- Is Scrafty allowed?
- Is Unown allowed?
