It's ages since I've played DPP UU, but it was the first tier I ever got into. Nowadays I do BW RU which is pretty similar.

If by live tournament you mean wifi, no can do. Otherwise sure.

I think 48 people would be a decent amount.

nah I didnt mean wifi tournament, just basically a tournament where we assign a time for everyone to come on, then its basically like the smogon tour, where the whole tournament should be finished in the same day. it also should be much shorter than the smogon tour since it probably won't be as popular!
