Hmm. I want someone who knows the ins and outs of PO battles, what teams are good, what is banned, etc.

Dark Pulse. He's good at that. Battlestar and Team Magma Boss Maxie is good at that too. Ningildo and wacky are great as well. WeatherEffectRain isn't active much at all, but he's the one that helps me with my teams.
