Here are the descriptions of the Chains of Commands. Any comments, questions or concerns will be taken here in this discussion.
Leader: Clearly the one in charge. If I feel that I need or will take a leave of absence, the head advisor will take my place until I return.
Head Advisor: A trusted member of the group who has control of nearly everything I give the approval of. The Head Advisor, Secondary Advisor and I will always stay in constant contact and they will give me continuous updates.
Secondary Advisor: A trusted member of the group who helps the Head Advisor. I give each a separate job but usually they work as a team.
Head Scientist : Clearly is in charge of the technical parts of the group. They will be screened and if they are a part of a scientist branch of another organization they will NOT be allowed the head scientist position here. I do not want any security threats and secrets to get out.
PO/ WI-FI Battle Commanders : Basically are in charge of the battle teams. One is in charge of the PO team, the other WI-FI. Simple enough. These positions must assure their teams that they can and will NOT battle another organization member as a grudge match unless approved by both advisors and myself. Commanders are in charge of helping anyone and can assign teams with Advisors/Leaders approval.
