If you were to introduce a new type of BATTLE SYSTEM (triple battles, rotation, etc.), how would it work?

Double rotation battles and Triple rotation battles. DRB: six pokemon sent out @ once, two sets of three. TRB: three sets of two, you can switch positions between the pokemon not being used.

Random battle: 1 pokemon of each player's is brought in every turn, and gets one attack before being switched out randomly.

Bad Batch Battle: You swap teams with your opponent at the beginning of the battle. You basically want to get the worst pokemon possible for this one XD

you'd just go with 6 lvl.1 magickarp though.

^And then perhaps have the option to activate magic room and wonder room on top of that!

How about a concept where you have 4 of your 6 pokemon out at one time in 2 rows of 2. The pokemon in the second rank can use non contact attacks on the first row of the opponent.
Obviously there would be a lot of tactical questions that would have to be answered.
-Do moves that effect all enemies effect all pokemo, or just those in adjacent rows?
-When you front row poke is knocked out, do you switch in to the front row or move up your second row poke and put your reserve in the second row? Or do you choose which to do?
-What is priority on switching? Can your frontline poke use extreme speed before switching with your second row poke?

How about building in a team builder feature for the GBU? That the battling online could be seperate from the RPG. A lot of people's arguemetns against pokesav are A) you can just use PO to battle with whatever pokes you want, B) pokesav pokes ruin the RPG and trading.
What if you had an option for GBU and special WIFI battles where you could use a PO like created team of whatever pokes you wanted, but you could not use them in the RPG or trade them?
