I have a couple of questions.

1) Can we still be a member of this group if we occasionally use the big T?

2) I mostly do the 3 poke battles on the random matchup single battles. I like to use Cloyster and Dragonite, but sandstorm ruins focus sash and multiscale. Is there any good pokemon to wipe out the big T and stop the weather? Maybe someone with cloud 9 or their own non-damaging weather? Rain dance limits Dragonites fire punch.

Sorry if these are newby questions, I have only been battling about 3 months or so.

PS: I hate it when people call me Big Dave (I am only 5' 6") so I thought Big T would be a somewhat derogatory name.
