very broken imo. If we go by the same thing as garchomp, nothing can counter it. Cress can't take double adamant choice band outrages. Latias/scarftar can't switch into ddance. Hippo/skarm/forretress can't take speciel hits. The same speciel attack as latias, who is also broken.
