post sets for uu, ou and uber (if ur weird)..

For ou and uu i use substitute, energy ball, focus blast, and hp:ice. i give it a petaya berry and timid nature. EVS: 6 HP/ 252 SPE/ 252 SP.A. ive 2KO'd a jirachi with energy ball with 25% hp.


(I forgot how many HP evs i gave it because problems with substitute)

yeah, sceptile might be good, but not good enough for uber, i don't think.
